Seos invests in Paxford Composites

SEOS is pleased to announce that it has made a strategic investment in Paxford Composites Limited, a key supplier since 1990. Paxford Composites, based in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire specializes in the design and manufacture of high-quality GRP mouldings and reinforced plastics products.
This follows the announcement last month that SEOS has acquired the business of another of its key GRP suppliers, Logical Limited.
Paxford Composites employs 70 people and manufactures a wide range of products in advanced composites.
As a part of the agreement John Bullivant, SEOS CEO, will take a seat on the board of Paxford Composites. John explains, “For SEOS this move represents an important part of our strategy to develop our Large Scale Optics activities. Both companies will work closely together to develop and introduce new products, while improving lead times for our customers.”
